Responsibilities

• Technical Execution: Responsibility for the technical implementation of electrical systems within the overall plant network
• Teamwork: Close collaboration with the project team on hydropower plant projects
• Communication: Acting as a point of contact for customers, consultants, engineers, and suppliers
• Concept Development: Preparation and elaboration of concepts for electrical system components
• Project Management: Technical handling from design through to commissioning
• Responsibility: Ensuring compliance with schedule, quality, and cost requirements within the assigned scope
• Risk & Claim Management: Contribution to the identification and processing of risks and claims
• Tender Phase: Technical support in the preparation of offers

Qualifications

• Education: Completed technical degree (FH or TU) in Electrical Engineering at Master’s level
• Project Management: Experience in project management, ideally in an international environment
• Expertise: Professional experience in handling projects with a focus on electrical systems is an advantage
• IT Skills: Excellent knowledge of MS Office and MS Project
• Languages: Good command of English, both written and spoken; additional foreign languages are an asset
• Willingness to Travel: Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 30%)
• Working Style: Independent, structured, and precise way of working with strong problem-solving skills
• Soft Skills: Team spirit, strong communication skills, and high level of commitment

Start with a minimum gross annual salary of EUR 60,700, with the possibility of a market-based overpayment depending on your qualifications and professional experience.
