Engineer (SR) IT Integration

Task Responsibilities:

• System Integration: Design and implement integration solutions to ensure seamless data exchange across IT systems.
• Technical Leadership: Mentor junior team members, stay updated on integration technologies, and apply best practices.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Address and resolve complex integration issues, provide ongoing support, and maintain existing solutions.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation for integration processes, configurations, and changes.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work with IT teams, business units, and external partners to meet integration needs and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Security and Compliance: Ensure integrations adhere to security policies and regulatory standards, protecting data integrity and confidentiality.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor integration performance, make improvements, and seek automation opportunities.

Essential Requirements For The Position:

• Technical Expertise: Proficient with the Azure Integration Services (LogicApps, Azure Functions, Servicebus), APIs, web services (SOAP/REST), middleware technologies, software development (C#, python) and SQL.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex issues.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities and effective collaboration with diverse teams.
• Education and Experience: Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience: minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior or lead system integration role.

Working Conditions:

• Contract in a dynamic team.
• Standard office hours are to be expected, with occasional work outside these hours to perform exceptional tasks (planned or unplanned)
• On-Call duty must be performed about 1 week per Month
• Position based in the Cargolux HQ in Luxembourg.
• A certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection.
• The seniority of the position depends on the skills and experience of the selected candidate.
