About You

• Hands‑on engineering leader with strong JavaScript/TypeScript experience across frontend and backend.
• Excited to simplify complexity and turn ideas into clear, executable plans.
• Experienced in leading Frontend, Backend, and Reliability teams.
• Natural leader who inspires teams, attracts top talent, and raises standards.
• Extremely driven and hardworking.
• Bonus: experience with React Native, Python, and data pipelines.

Your mission is to

• Take ownership of implementation and ensure technical plans are executed.
• Drive team ownership, improve and contribute to engineering processes.
• Ensure consistent delivery with high reliability and quality.
• Work closely with Product Managers to keep engineering execution‑led as the company scales.

Your impact

• Make the engineering team faster, more reliable, and more effective.
• Promote clear ownership across teams to reduce bottlenecks and increase output.
• Build a strong engineering culture that attracts and retains top talent.
• Improve coordination and collaboration across teams.

Your toolkit

• Must‑have: Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript for frontend and backend development.
• Strong technical leadership with experience delivering detailed implementation plans.
• Ability to mentor engineers and raise the standard of team output.
