Senior MES Engineer

Are you an experienced MES Engineer with strong expertise in Rockwell PharmaSuite? This is a contract project where you will lead in shaping complex MES implementations for global Life Sciences projects. You’ll be at the heart of digital transformation in pharma manufacturing, ensuring solutions meet the highest operational and regulatory standards.

The Role

As a Senior MES Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:

• Taking ownership of MES system design, configuration, testing, and validation activities.
• Preparing and reviewing SDLC documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
• Contributing to MES design workshops alongside vendors, system integrators, and site representatives.
• Overseeing qualification and implementation tasks to ensure projects are delivered on time and operationally ready.
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to guarantee smooth integration and successful outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

• 5–8 years of MES experience, with strong Rockwell PharmaSuite proficiency.
• Proven experience in design, integration, and validation of MES in regulated environments.
• Knowledge of integration between MES and Level 2/Level 3 automation systems.
• Background in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field (Bachelor’s/Master’s).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to quality (cGMP expertise is a plus).

Logistics

• Project-based across Europe (commonly Germany, Switzerland, Italy, or Ireland).
• Expect hybrid or on-site work depending on project phase
• Typically 6–12 months with strong chances of extension
