What you’ll be doing

As Engineering Team Lead of the Integrations Adoption team , you’ll ensure that Wolt’s API products are accessible, reliable, and intuitive. You’ll lead a team on a mission to enable seamless integrations with our largest partners, making their onboarding journey hassle-free and improving the overall experience for our merchants. Your team will also own the Developer Portal and provide tools and services that empower our external developers and internal stakeholders to support our partners more effectively.

• The team’s vision is to help external developers build faster integrations with Wolt, which in turn reduces costs for our merchant partners and increases the number of partners we have on the platform. This means the team will be working on new products with low technical debt and potential to make a huge impact.
• Your role in shaping the team’s future and growth will be significant. You’ll be an inspirer, facilitator, and enabler for the team to do what they do best by supporting your team members’ personal growth, hosting regular 1on1s, and taking part in recruitment.
