Join a fast-growing AI company transforming how law firms and enterprises draft, review, and manage patents. Their cutting-edge, AI-powered platform enables IP professionals to dramatically accelerate patent drafting while improving accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.

As the first Enterprise Account Executive for the DACH region, you’ll take the lead in acquiring new customers within the Legal & IP sector. You will build deep relationships with law firms, enterprise IP teams, and innovation-focused organisations, articulating both the strategic value and measurable ROI of an AI-driven patent drafting solution.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the entire sales cycle: from targeted outreach and account mapping to demos, proposals, and closing.
  • Master the MEDDIC methodology, maintain immaculate CRM documentation, sustain a 3× pipeline, and consistently hit your quota.
  • Develop strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers across IP, legal, R&D, and executive leadership.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams, sharing market insights to refine messaging and influence the roadmap.
  • Deliver compelling demos and presentations that clearly communicate the value and ROI of the platform.
  • Contribute to the creation and optimisation of the sales playbook to support future scaling across regions.

What You Bring

Must-Haves

  • 2+ years as a BDR with a strong hunter mentality and top-tier, personalised outreach skills
  • 2–3 years as an AE in a demanding vertical SaaS environment
  • Proven success selling €50K–€250K ACV solutions with complex, multi-threaded enterprise cycles
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into business and legal value for non-technical audiences
  • Experience independently running full‑cycle enterprise deals
  • Strong interest in AI and its application within the IP and legal ecosystem

Nice-to-Haves

  • Background in IP, LegalTech, or enterprise AI solutions
  • Familiarity with selling into highly educated, detail-oriented buyer personas
  • Ability to influence product development through customer insights
