What You Will Do

  • Implement sales plans for your territory, forecast, and exceed quotas.
  • Manage a high-velocity SaaS sales funnel through inbound and outbound leads.
  • Track opportunities using CRM and supporting tools.
  • Collaborate to improve the sales cycle, including product, support, and sales engineering.
  • Promote and work with our Partner ecosystem.
  • Communicate Sysdig's value drivers and differentiators to prospects and customers.
  • Understand the competitive market landscape.

What You Will Bring

  • 7+ years of IT enterprise sales experience, especially in security-related deals such as SaaS, cloud, Kubernetes, open source, and APM.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Quick learner of new products and processes.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Clari; excellent communication skills; team-oriented.
  • Willingness to travel to support sales relationships.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude, strong work ethic, resourcefulness, and a 'get it done' mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple pipelines, including LDR, SDR, ISR, and Channels.
  • Collaborate across Marketing, Customer Success, and other units.
  • Ability to engage C-level executives, including CISOs.

What We Look For

  • MEDDPICC and Challenger sales methodologies familiarity.
