Enterprise Account Executive – Tech SaaS Sales

Location: France/Germany (Remote)

Experience: 4–7 years in Tech/SaaS sales (mandatory)

Salary Base: 70K–100K EUR. OTE: 140K–200K EUR.

What This Role Is

A pure hunting, end‑to‑end sales role where you run the full cycle: prospecting, demos, negotiation, and closure.

  • Run the full cycle: prospecting → demos → negotiation → closure
  • Drive outbound sales and build your own pipeline
  • Win new logos across mid‑market and early enterprise
  • Sell to CTOs, CIOs, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Product leaders

Key Responsibilities

  • Own new customer acquisition and build a strong, predictable pipeline.
  • Deliver impactful demos, proposals, and business cases.
  • Navigate multi‑stakeholder deals and enterprise procurement.
  • Achieve revenue quotas and maintain clean CRM discipline.
  • Build long‑term relationships with senior decision‑makers.

Required Experience
