About The Role

Would you like to work on a global scale to grow Uber's business through new customer acquisition? As part of the Sales team, you will be supported by the Enterprise Sales Manager and lead the full-cycle sales process with Germany's largest companies. This includes owning the inbound lead process, sourcing, and qualifying new companies that are a good fit for Uber products. You will collaborate with teams such as Marketing, Sales Operations, and Regional Rides.

What The Candidate Will Do

  • Drive revenue through prospecting, qualifying, and closing new businesses.
  • Manage your sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
  • Develop a sales playbook to scale globally and train the team.
  • Balance short-term sprints with long-term strategic success.
  • Communicate effectively via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Build positive relationships with key clients to generate revenue from new features.
  • Perform multiple roles: sales strategy, lead generation, sales, and account management.
  • Identify prospect needs, understand business drivers, and communicate Uber's value.

Basic Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of B2B sales experience with enterprise organizations in a SaaS environment.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Proven success in growing customer bases and exceeding revenue targets.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of providing comprehensive solutions.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Ability to adapt, problem-solve, and grow quickly.
  • Background in Hospitality and Tourism is a plus.
