We’re partnered with a fast-growing European data centre operator that is expanding its enterprise customer team across the DACH region.
This role sits at the intersection of customer relationship management and operational service delivery , supporting large enterprise and hyperscale customers operating within mission-critical digital infrastructure environments.
Unlike traditional customer success roles, this position focuses on service governance, operational coordination and long-term client partnerships rather than sales or quota-driven activity.
The Role
As Enterprise Client Manager , you will act as the primary relationship owner for key enterprise and hyperscale customers across the DACH region.
You will work closely with internal teams across operations, engineering, service delivery and commercial functions to ensure customers receive a consistent, high-quality operational experience across the platform.
This role requires someone comfortable working in SLA-driven environments , coordinating technical teams, managing escalations and maintaining strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the primary relationship owner for strategic enterprise customers across DACH
- Managing the full customer lifecycle including onboarding, operational engagement and long-term relationship development
- Leading service reviews and QBRs , ensuring alignment on service performance, KPIs and operational delivery
- Coordinating internal teams across operations, engineering and service delivery to resolve customer issues and improve service outcomes
- Managing service incidents, escalations and operational issues in a structured and proactive manner
- Acting as the internal advocate for the customer , ensuring priorities are clearly communicated across internal teams
- Providing insight into SLA performance, service trends and operational improvements
- Supporting continuous improvement of customer engagement and service delivery frameworks
About You
This role is well suited to professionals who have experience working with enterprise customers in complex technical environments and enjoy operating at the intersection of customer engagement and operational service delivery .

Experience
- Experience managing enterprise or strategic customers
- Background in data centres, IT infrastructure, or managed services
- Experience working within SLA-driven operational environments
- Comfortable managing incidents, escalations and service issues
- Experience running service reviews, reporting and QBRs
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and commercial teams
- Ability to translate technical operational topics into clear communication for customers
- Fluent German and English
