WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Youleadcustomeronboarding,ensuringseamlessadoptionthroughwell-structuredprocessesandcustomerenablement

• Youmanageprojectsandstakeholdersproactively,drivingprojectsuccess,anticipatingissues,andsteeringmultipleprojectsusingprovenframeworksandtools

• Youunderstandcustomerneedsbygatheringinsightsintochallengesandtailoringsolutionstomaximizesatisfactionandbusinessoutcomes

• Youdevelopaccountplans,identifyupsellingandcross-sellingopportunities,andcollaboratewithsalestodrivecustomerexpansionandretention

• Youbuildandmaintainstrategicpartnershipsbyunderstandingclientgoalsandaligningthemwithcompanysolutions

• You monitor customer portfolios, flag risks early, and create anti-churn strategies in collaboration with internal teams

• Strong communicator, fluent in both German and English
