Job Description

As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at CyberArk, you will leverage your skills to build key relationships with your customer base to ensure successful implementation of CyberArk products. You will proactively work with customers to demonstrate ROI using outcome-based reporting and KPIs. Your role will also involve expanding CyberArk’s footprint within your region by partnering with sales, SEs, and Professional Services to meet customer needs. You will serve as a trusted advisor on security best practices. Prior experience with CyberArk solutions or relevant enterprise applications and security management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  1. Establish trusted advisor relationships with customers and drive key relationships.
  2. Understand CyberArk products, their features, and how they address security concerns.
  3. Create, define, and review success criteria with customers.
  4. Conduct quarterly business reviews to ensure successful outcomes.
  5. Monitor support tickets to meet SLAs.
  6. Track product adoption to maintain high retention rates.
  7. Define success plans for at-risk customers and collaborate with teams to execute them.
  8. Work with sales on contract renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
  9. Manage complex customer relationships across multiple products and regions.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Account Management, or similar roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships at various organizational levels.
  • Experience with large enterprise customers, including executive engagement.
  • Ability to build relationships to mitigate churn and drive renewals.
  • Knowledge of enterprise Directory services (Active Directory, LDAP, Azure, etc.), and security operations.
  • Strong Windows/Active Directory, UNIX/Linux, and database knowledge.
  • Cloud technology experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
  • Experience installing and supporting enterprise software on Windows and UNIX.
  • Understanding of security concepts and security role development.
  • Prior experience with CyberArk solutions or relevant security and identity management solutions, especially in IAM and SIEM, is preferred.
  • Fluency in English and native German language skills.
