We are currently recruiting for an Enterprise Partnerships and Operations Manager for possibly one of the most exciting businesses we have partnered with in the past 12 months.
This is a newly created role for an organisation that is scaling at a phenomenal pace, leading their DACH (Germany, Austria & Switzerland) territory, headquartered in Berlin.
With an unparalleled culture favouring independence and speed over perfection, the successful Enterprise Partnerships and Operations Manager will work with best-in‑class leadership and unlock unlimited opportunities for personal, career, and financial growth.
The organisation’s biggest challenge is acquiring a reliable supply of inventory stock, and the Enterprise Partnerships and Operations Manager will focus on this challenge with incredibly clear goals.
The successful candidate will take ownership of the organisation’s most strategic partnerships across leasing providers, OEMs, and major retail groups, which will drive the largest share of the organisation’s supply.
Working on the clear goal of securing high‑quality and predictable inflows of inventory through agreements with major industry players, the Enterprise Partnerships and Operations Manager will spend 35% of their time developing existing relationships with the remainder on building new relationships.
You will work with sophisticated partners who expect senior‑level engagement, clear business cases, and fast, professional processes.
The day‑to‑day duties will include:
- Strengthening and expanding the business’s strategic B2B partnerships across DACH
- Managing a large portfolio of key retail chains and OEMs, taking ownership of and growing strategic partnerships, building trust‑based relationships, and becoming the key contact for all commercial topics
- Collaborating closely with operations, product, pricing, logistics, and leadership teams to translate partnerships into scalable inventory growth for the business
- Leading complex commercial negotiations to form framework agreements, secure favourable purchasing conditions, and ensure alignment across volumes, pricing, and service levels
- Taking ownership of senior stakeholder relationships to drive recurring volumes, expand to additional locations, and ensure partners view you and the business as their primary resale channel
- Immersing in companywide and warehouse operations, troubleshooting and building enhanced processes as the operation continues to expand
- Using data to lead decisions, including working with forecasts, ROI cases, and KPIs to prioritise and manage performance
- Identifying new commercial levers such as joint campaigns and affiliate models to unlock additional stock volume
- Enabling a strong partner experience with smooth onboarding, reliable collection of inventory, and an exceptional level of customer service
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience within business development, enterprise sales, key account management, or strategic buying
- Robust stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of delivering results across complex and long sales cycles and building high‑level credibility with senior stakeholders
- An excellent track record of securing structured agreements which balance partner value with the business’s economics
- Fluent English and German written and verbal communication skills
Why you should consider this business:
- Join a rapidly scaling business that has already secured Series C funding, backed by top‑tier investors during a decisive expansion phase
- Earn a competitive basic salary in addition to a joining bonus and an annual bonus offered in the form of stock options. The business is set to explode over the coming 5 years, and anyone with stock options is set to receive life‑changing compensation
- Work in a role with a high level of strategic impact, shaping the most important sourcing channels in the company’s largest market
- Be part of an organisation already established internationally, with offices across Europe and the US
- The sky is the limit for your own personal growth. Upwards mobility is a key feature of this business’s culture, with multiple examples of internal promotion in a rapidly scaling, entrepreneurial environment
