ERP / D365 Functional Consultant – Supply Chain Management

Location: Germany (remote + case-by-case German client site visits)

Salary: €90,000 – €120,000 + company car, bonus & benefits (flexible for right candidate)

About the Role

I’m currently supporting my client in searching for a D365 Functional Consultant to join a dynamic team working on ERP implementations and supply chain transformations. This role is open to candidates with experience in any of the D365 SCM modules, including procurement, inventory, sales, production, warehouse, transportation, or quality management.

About the company

An International ERP consultancy operating in the Manufacturing industry supporting multitude of customers on their ERP & CRM implementations, Industry 4.0 and migrations from on-premise to the cloud.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients on ERP implementations and process optimization projects.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into D365 functional solutions.
• Collaborate with development teams on system configuration and enhancements.
• Provide guidance and training to end-users and key stakeholders.
• Support process improvement initiatives and pre‑sales activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM or AX, with exposure to one or more SCM-related modules.
• Understanding of operational and strategic supply chain processes.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in consulting, ERP implementation, or a similar role.
• Educational background in business, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
