Ich unterstütze meine Kolleg*innen bei der Identifikation und Bewertung bis zur Berichterstattung von Risiken, Chancen und Maßnahmen.

Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Hier verantworte ich die Koordination und Weiterentwicklung des operationellen Risikomanagements im unternehmensweiten Kontext. Ich erhalte spannende Einblicke und sammele wertvolle Erfahrungen in einem Unternehmen der kritischen Infrastruktur.

Meine Aufgaben

• Ich mache eingehende Risikomeldungen plausibel und unterstütze bei der Bewertung,
• Ich führe regelmäßige Risikoinventuren sowie Trainings mit den Fachbereichen durch,
• Ich bereite spezifische Risikosachverhalte (z. B. Szenarien, Entwicklungen, Fokus-Themen) adressatengerecht auf,
• Ich arbeite eng mit den dezentralen Risikomanagementsystemen sowie dem strategischen Risikomanagement von 50Hertz zusammen und tausche mich regelmäßig mit dem Elia Group Risikomanagement aus,
• Ich kommuniziere sicher und abgestimmt über alle Hierarchieebenen und eigne mir dafür vielfältige fachliche Themen an,
• Ich administriere und entwickle die IT gestützte Risikoerfassung eigenständig weiter,
• Ich unterstütze bei der Implementierung unternehmensweiter Regelungen im Bereich Governance, Risk und Compliance.

Meine Kompetenzen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium (Master oder Diplom), z. B. der Fachrichtung Wirtschafts-, Ingenieurs- oder Rechtswissenschaften oder vergleichbare Fachrichtungen,
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Risikomanagement, Finanzwirtschaft oder Beratung (mindestens 3 Jahre),
• Sehr gute Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise,
• Hohe Affinität für Prozesse und IT-Tools bestenfalls im Bereich Risikomanagement,
• Beherrschung der gängigen MS-Office-Programme (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift.

Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil

• Erfahrungen in der Energiewirtschaft.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
