Your Role & Mission
We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth within the DACH region and help the industry fight climate change. As part of the Revenue department, you will play a key role in helping industries decarbonize and ensuring that significant tons of carbon are under management in alignment with our company’s mission.

Your tasks
- End-to-end ownership of the entire sales cycle from lead generation and pre-qualification to negotiation and final closing
- Research potential new leads, use your network to open accounts and stay on top of developments in the carbon management industry to expand our market base
- Building trust with leads and customers and turning conversations into lasting relationships
- Value-driven sales: listen, understand challenges and provide tailored solutions
- Lead and conduct presentations and demonstrations for potential clients. Navigate the Enterprise SaaS sales process efficiently
- Develop your own strategy to contact and acquire prospective clients through LinkedIn, other networks, phoning, emailing, or in-person meetings
- Collaborate with other teams in the Revenue department to align offerings with client needs
- Maintain transparency on your sales pipeline and keep CRM up to date
- Establish cross-functional relationships with Marketing, Product and Customer Success
- Join Carbmee in Berlin or Munich and engage with large organizations to help reduce carbon emissions
Your profile
- Extensive experience in enterprise SaaS sales within a B2B tech environment, managing the full sales cycle
- Excellent listening, communication and presentation skills in English and German. Fluent German is a must
- End-to-end sales experience with strong negotiation skills and business acumen
- Experience in B2B enterprise sales in industries such as manufactory, automotive, aerospace, construction, machinery, chemicals, or logistics; experience with Land and Expand strategies
- Understanding of the carbon emissions business and a desire to contribute to a net-zero mission; climate tech experience is a plus
- Proven success generating revenue and sales pipelines with stakeholders
- Ability to analyze market and competitor data to inform partnership strategy
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Self-motivated with a goals-driven mindset (OKRs/KPIs) aligned with company objectives
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills; able to manage tasks and projects independently
- Team-oriented, results-driven, metrics-focused, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
- Positive, open-minded, strategic thinker with a proactive, self-driven attitude
- Willingness to join a diverse, international team in Berlin or Munich and travel to customers and offices regularly
