The Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Business Partner is a key strategic partner to the President, Real Estate and Environmental, Health, Safety & Security. In this role, you will drive RB Global’s commitment to an unyielding culture of safety , ensuring that safety and environmental performance are embedded across all operations and field-based teams.
<>To succeed in this roleAs the EHS Business Partner, you provide strategic direction and hands‑on leadership to elevate safety and environmental standards across the organization. You design, implement, and execute comprehensive EHS strategies, translate regulatory requirements into practical operational solutions, and act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and field teams.
You play a critical role in shaping safety culture, leading audits and investigations, monitoring performance through KPIs, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. In close partnership with HR, you also support employee‑related compensation claims and ensure consistent, fair handling of safety‑related matters.
