Environmental Monitoring (EM) Analyst

Teil II Primäres Ziel der Stelle / Part II Primary Job Objective

The EM Analyst will play a pivotal role in collecting of environmental monitoring samples, including but not limited to samples of microorganisms and non-viable particles in clean areas and clean area devices. Drafting of clean media liquid samples, including but not limited to purified water, water for injection and pure steam samples and writing and revising documents for the QC-microbiology group including, but not limited to, SOPs, AMPs, protocols, reports, and other technical documents.

Teil IV Berufliche Verantwortung / Part IV Job Responsibilities

• Collecting monitoring samples and handling samples from the production/manufacturing for analyses
• Prompt and proper documentation and review of tests and results.
• Writing and revising analytical methods, protocols, reports, and other technical documents.
• Supporting deviation and laboratory investigations.
• Proactively searching for opportunities to increase efficiency and improve quality and to achieve technical excellence.

Teil III Mindestanforderungen an die Stelle / Part III Minimum Requirements

 Bildungshintergrund und Erfahrung / Education Background and Experience

Qualifications:

• Graduation as technical assistant, Bachelor degree, Master degree or comparable degree in microbiology, biochemistry, molecular biology, chemistry or another comparable field

Knowledge/Experience:

• Experience in microbiology or in environmental monitoring
• Good language skills in German and English (written and spoken)
• Experienced in using PCs (intermediate level in Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
