What You Will Do

• Lead photovoltaic construction projects, including grid‑connection infrastructure
• Coordinate internal and external teams: engineers, site supervisors, subcontractors
• Define and manage the detailed project schedule and milestones
• Oversee permits, insurance and necessary documentation before work begins
• Control deliveries, site compliance, and monitor on‑site safety and quality
• Track budgets, validate invoices and run regular construction meetings

What You Bring & Who You Are

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• 5–7 years of experience managing construction projects, ideally in renewables
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive and solution‑oriented mindset
• Committed to high standards in quality and safety
• Effective communicator with a collaborative approach to teamwork
• Fluency in German and English
