Responsibilities

• Lead photovoltaic construction projects including grid connection infrastructure
• Coordinate internal and external teams: engineers site supervisors subcontractors
• Define and manage the detailed project schedule and milestones
• Oversee permits insurances and necessary documentation before work begins
• Control deliveries site compliance and monitor on-site safety and quality
• Track budgets validate invoices and run regular construction meetings

What you bring & who you are

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering
• 57 years of experience managing construction projects ideally in renewables
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Committed to high standards in quality and safety
• Effective communicator with a collaborative approach to teamwork
• Fluency in German and English
