Equestrian Product Manager (m/f/d)

HKM Sports Equipment GmbH has been successfully producing and marketing a full range of products for riders and horses for many years. The HKM brand stands for a passion for equestrian sports and innovative, high-quality products with unbeatable value for money. From our idyllic location in Neuenhaus, Lower Saxony, near the Dutch border, we supply over 2,500 specialist retailers in 70 countries. Our products equip riders of all ages and their four-legged sports companions, from Shetland ponies to Grand Prix horses. We have achieved a great deal in recent years, but we are still a long way from reaching the end of our journey. In order to pursue our ambitious growth targets, we are looking for you to join our motivated team as soon as possible.

You will develop seasonal collections – from riding apparel to horse accessories.

You will manage the entire collection process – from sketches to procurement.

You will create sketches and production documents and carry out fit tests independently.

Quality assurance and optimisation of existing products and manufacturing processes.

You are responsible for administrative tasks such as article maintenance in PDM

You are responsible for global communication with suppliers

Your profile

• You enjoy fashion and have a keen sense for trends in equestrian sports.
• You have completed training or a degree in fashion design, clothing technology or a comparable qualification.
• You are proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and MS Office.
• Ideally, you have a connection to recreational equestrian sports.
• Analytical thinking, a structured approach to work and a clear hands‑on mentality – also in an international environment.
• Experience in the toy and PPE sector is an advantage.
• Very good communication skills in German and English.
