Vishay Siliconix Itzehoe GmbH is looking for

an Equipment Maintenance Engineer (m/f/d) Photolithography

Work Location

Itzehoe GmbH is a development and production site for power transistors (Power MOSFET) with over 520 employees. The site includes a 200 mm fab and a new 300 mm semiconductor chip factory , going into production in 2026. With the expansion, we are increasing our production capacities and creating 150 additional jobs.

Working Conditions

on site; day work , no shift; no on‑call; some home office possibility

What you will do

This positions offer a unique opportunity to design and implement the entire maintenance strategy for the module from the start.

• Coordination of and responsibility for all equipment‑related topics (including contact person for equipment manufacturers and external companies, facility (hook‑up/operation), process engineering, APC/FDC, procurement, EHS, quality)
• Collaboration with the 300mm project management
• System‑based creation of maintenance plans and preparation of work instructions
• Obsolescence management
• Work Planning with production control
• Optimize the availability of production equipment as well as spare parts supply
• Project work to improve performance in your own area
• Responsible for compliance with safety regulations in the assigned work area
• Evaluation and preparation of equipment data (KPIs, reports, analyses)

What you should bring

• University of Applied Sciences degree (engineering or scientific studies)
• OR technician/ "Meister" training in the field of electrical engineering or mechanical engineering (preferably mechatronics) with several years of professional experience in the semiconductor industry
• Knowledge in semiconductor technology and/or associated equipment technology in the field of photolithography
• Very good German skills (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2)
• High methodological competence and experience with project work
• Independent working style, strong communication skills, and analytical thinking ability
