Key Duties:
The ERP Administrator will support the Enterprise Resource Plannings (ERP) systems across multiple functions.
- Project Management - Coordinate and deliver business project objectives, alignment with project managers, tracking progress, resources, timelines, and financials
- Quality Assurance - Ensure compliance through data collation, audits, and process checks; promote adherence to trained workflows and maintain thorough documentation of system configurations and customizations
- System Development - Contribute to “As-Is/To-Be” documentation, propose solutions, support configuration, testing, training, migration, and Go-Live activities, ensuring end-to-end project execution
- Communication - Manage internal and external stakeholder communications to ensure clarity and alignment throughout project lifecycles
- System Administration - Perform regular system maintenance and provide user support for business and system processes
- Training - Conduct training sessions to stakeholder to ensure user proficiency
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in the capacity as ERP/System admin
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Information Systems
- Proven hands-on experience in software development and implementation
- Experienced in ERP support - preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Business Central and BI Reporting
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Must have business-level proficiency in both German and English
- Demonstrate strong planning, analytical thinking, and implementation skills; goal-oriented and able to work independently under pressure with a high sense of responsibility
- Possess a dynamic attitude and the ability to adapt and perform effectively in demanding environments
- Readiness to travel frequently locally and internationally
