ERP IT Support Specialist (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Assisting with the support and further development of our ERP system "Oxaion"
• Analyzing and fixing errors in the ERP system
• Analyzing business processes and developing concepts and solutions; supporting specialist departments with questions
• Planning investments in hardware and software
• Supporting everything else that comes up in a medium-sized company (data interfaces, business integration, web shop, etc.)

Your Profile

• Ideally, you have a degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field
• You already have professional experience in ERP support, preferably in an industrial company.
• Ideally, you have also gained experience in the area of data interfaces and data integration, e.g., with EDI, X-Rechnung, APIs, or web services.
• You have comprehensive knowledge of working with databases (SQL).
• Knowledge of software development in the IBM world (e.g., RPG, CL) is an advantage.
• You speak English well.
• You are characterized by an independent, proactive, and systematic approach to work, as well as a high degree of self-motivation.
