ERP SPECIALIST FOR FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL SUPPORT (M/F/D)

We are looking for a full-time ERP specialist for first and second level support (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible . • You are the first point of contact for our colleagues for all tasks related to our ERP system
• You solve tasks independently or forward more complex cases to the second level or external partners
• You provide support for updates, tests and rollouts of new functions
• You train users and create practical instructions
• You will work closely with the specialist departments and jointly optimise our processes

Requirements

• Commercial training, further education or comparable qualification
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally Dynamics 365 Business Central or Navision, desirable
• Understanding of business processes (purchasing, production, logistics, sales)
• Enjoyment of user support, IT affinity and target group-oriented communication
• Independent, precise and structured way of working
