ESS Aftersales Engineer

Job Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Field service execution inc. battery diagnosis, repair, and maintenance.
• Service campaign execution under the instruction of HQ.
• Lead regional service agents’ task assignment, supervising, and technical support.
• Support of work order submission of regional service agents.
• Effectively meet customer needs, front-end build proactive customer relationships and take responsibility for customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical consultation on-site and remotely for customers and their local dealers and distributors.
• Coordinate of quality, systems and emergency issues with related departments and also provide on-site support inc. data collection, quality rework, commissioning, etc. regionally.
• Bachelor's degree or above, engineering-related majors preferred.
• Familiar with the ESS industry, battery industry, battery structure principles, and common battery maintenance knowledge.
• Three years or more of relevant on-site maintenance experience in battery, electrical, electronic, and other fields.
• Familiar with office software, capable of writing official documents, customer communication skills, strong communication and coordination skills, and the ability to solve complex problems.
• Proficiency in English.
• Accept necessary business trip.
