EU Sales and Site Controller

Overview

The EU Sales Controller – Site Controller serves as a key Finance Business Partner for the Commercial team, responsible for providing financial insights, business analysis, and strategic support. This role is instrumental in driving financial performance and supporting in operational decision-making. Furthermore, as a key member of a site management team, and in their role as Site Controller will act as a trusted business partner to the Head of Site, providing financial insight and strategic support to the site management team.

Seevetal or Eygelshoven (with travel to other A-Gas locations)

Experience, Knowledge and Qualifications

Essential

• Bachelor / master’s degree in business administration
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a multi-national finance environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial/accounting systems.
• Fluent in English and (local language); knowledge of an additional European language is a plus.
• Proven ability to partner with commercial and operational functions.
• Experience representing Finance in cross-functional and leadership-level meetings.

Desirable

• Background in a mid-sized enterprise, preferably within manufacturing or distribution.
• Familiar with Great Plains, Cognos/TM1 software.
