Remote – Europe – SAP Supply Chain Consultant – Contract, Long‑term

Location: Primarily Remote (occasional visits to Portugal & Germany)

Client: Leading Japanese IT & Manufacturing Company – Europe Operations

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Supply Chain Consultant to support our client’s European operations. This role focuses on SAP system maintenance and support within the supply chain domain, helping ensure smooth operational performance across locations in Portugal and Germany.

This is a mostly remote position with occasional international travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide SAP Supply Chain module support, maintenance, and issue resolution
• Manage minor enhancements, updates, and functional improvements
• Work closely with business users to align SAP processes with operational needs
• Conduct system testing, data validation, and documentation
• Maintain functional documentation and knowledge base
• Support ongoing process and system optimization across Europe

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in SAP Supply Chain (FICO modules)
• Strong background in SAP support, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Experience working with EU‑based stakeholders is a plus
• Fluent in English; Portuguese or German is highly advantageous
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, multicultural environment
