European Service Engineer Ultrasound

Fujifilm Healthcare Europe is looking for an experienced and motivated Service Engineer with expertise in Ultrasound to join our European team.

You will be part of a team providing the highest levels of service for our Ultrasound customers, drive continuous improvements across all our countries by collaborating closely with the various organizations in Europe and Japan. You will be a focused, dynamic person with a strong technical background in the medical imaging industry, ready to join our team who is eager to improve the service organization and ensure our clients’ expectations are met or exceeded.

Responsibilities:

• Our customers are at the centre of everything that we do - as the European Service Engineer Ultrasound, you are responsible for improving our customer satisfaction in the services that we provide.
• Organizing and providing trainings for internal and external customers
• Give regular feedback on market, products, product quality and other relevant information (e.g. pricing) to ensure requirements are included in future product development processes.
• Manage technical questions within an agreed timeframe and ensure that escalations are managed effectively.
• Effectively support new product introductions to ensure a successful launch by managing a seamless integration within our current product portfolio in service.
• Lead improvement projects within Fujifilm.
• Increase service capabilities by identifying improvement areas
• Adhere to Fujifilm codes of conduct as well as a focus on compliant collaborations with healthcare professionals (HCP)
• Ensure execution of HCEU and country specific business processes in line with internal expectations as well as ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 regulations.
• Supporting Warranty requests by using TIMS/PRS

Required Skills, Experiences and Qualifications:

• A degree in engineering, or a state certificate in medical or electrical engineering.
• Fluent English; knowledge of other languages is an asset.
• Strong service mentality and customer orientation.
• Excellent communication skills, personal initiative and experience in working as part of a global organization.
• Methodical problem-solving skills and a process-oriented work attitude.
• Travel within the EU, if necessary
