The company is seeking a CTO / Lead Engineer to take full ownership of its technology strategy, lead the engineering team, and drive the development of scalable, high-impact software solutions that accelerate EV adoption across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product, operations, and business teams to deliver impactful solutions aligned with company goals.
• Ensure software reliability, performance, and security, while supporting agile development processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a technical leader (CTO, Head of Engineering, or Lead Engineer).
• Familiarity with IoT, EV charging infrastructure, or energy management solutions is a plus.
• Hands‑on experience with data‑driven or AI/ML applications highly desirable.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and team‑building skills.
