Our current vacancy | Full-time | Long-term | REMOTE We are looking for a highly motivated Event Executive with proven experience in both event execution and event marketing. This role requires not only strong operational skills to deliver seamless events but also strategic thinking to leverage events as a powerful marketing tool. Responsibilities Plan and execute brand events, including industry conferences, brand meetups, partner gatherings, user engagement activities, and VIP hospitality.Manage end-to-end event logistics: venue selection, vendor coordination, production setup, on-site operations, and budget control.Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement event marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, user engagement, and business growth.Collect and analyze event performance data, prepare post-event reports, and provide actionable insights for future improvements.Work cross-functionally with Marketing, PR, BD, and other teams to ensure event initiatives are aligned with overall brand and business objectives. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related fields.Minimum 3 years of solid experience in event execution, with a proven track record of delivering successful events.Strong background in event marketing, with the ability to integrate events into broader marketing campaigns.Excellent project management, communication, and negotiation skills.Strong analytical mindset and ability to measure ROI and event effectiveness.Fluent in English (both written and spoken); experience in international events is a plus. Proficiency in additional languages (Russian) is a strong plus.Hands-on experience with event management tools (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent, Hopin, Bizzabo, Airmeet) for registration, ticketing, attendee engagement, and performance tracking.
