Event Manager

Event manager role includes full-cycle management of international events such as conferences, exhibitions, and client activations. The Event Manager will work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure events support business growth and brand visibility. The position requires 3+ years of experience in event management and fluent English. Strong organizational skills, communication abilities, and readiness to travel internationally are essential

Responsibilities

• Organize and deliver international events (conferences, exhibitions, client events)
• Manage the full event cycle: concept, planning, logistics, execution, and post-event analysis
• Work with international venues, suppliers, and contractors
• Control budgets, timelines, and deliverables
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, business development)
• Manage event agendas, speakers, and guest experience
• Oversee on-site operations and ensure smooth event delivery

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience in event management
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Fluent English (spoken and written, mandatory)
• Readiness to travel internationally (30-40%)
