Your responsibilities will include

• Planning and executing client events and trade fair appearances (on-site, hybrid, and online)
• Maintaining an overview of budgets, costs and resources within projects
• Creating and maintaining project plans, timelines and milestones
• Development and management of (digital) projects and campaigns for international and national companies in the healthcare sector
• Client communication via e.g. emails and meetings
• Monitoring project ensuring on-time delivery
• Organising internal project communication with individual agency teams such as medical writers, designers and IT specialists
• Calculating project proposals
• Advising and supporting our clients in planning and implementing their project visions and goals
• Completed training or degree in a relevant field
• 1-2 years of professional experience, ideally with international clients
• Structured, independent working style and organisational skills
• Very good written and spoken English
• Additional language skills are an advantage, but not a must
• Confident appearance in client meetings
• Ability to set priorities and manage multiple simultaneously
• Willingness to travel and flexibility
• Basic knowledge of project management tools and common Office applications

Our clients include international and German pharmaceutical companies and medical societies, for whom we develop communication campaigns and materials. The target audience for our activities is primarily healthcare professionals (HCPs) from a wide range of disciplines. To ensure they remain up to date with the latest research, we develop training tools such as digital learning programmes, virtual lectures and summaries of the latest research findings in video and other formats.

Our team of biologists, graphic designers, IT specialists and project managers is proud that many of our projects have been recognised by independent juries. Our working language is often English, as we communicate with HCPs around the world and attend many conferences abroad.
