Event Marketing Manager

About the job

Representing a Berlin-based AI company looking for a German-speaking Event Marketing Manager to own both strategy and execution of all things brand and events.

What you’ll do

• Launch and own new formats such as roadshows, roundtables, and private events
• Manage suppliers, negotiate with vendors, and oversee all event logistics and merch planning
• Sync regularly with sales, marketing, and design to align messaging and goals
• Be hands-on at events: from setup to lead capture to post-event reporting.

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years Event or field marketing experience in a software company
• Experience with large events such as conferences and trade shows
• Ability to travel to Berlin office once a week
• Excellent communication skills in German & English
