Tasks

• Application Development : Design, develop, and maintain applications on the OpenShift platform, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
• Pipeline Management : Utilize OpenShift Pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes, enhancing the efficiency of the development lifecycle.
• GitOps Implementation : Implement and manage OpenShift GitOps practices to streamline application delivery and version control.
• Helm Chart Management : Create and manage Helm charts for packaging and deploying applications, ensuring consistency and reliability across environments.
• Collaboration : Work closely with DevOps, QA, and other development teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment of applications.
• Continuous Learning : Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in cloud computing and application development, and be willing to learn new tools and methodologies as needed.

Requirements

• Proficiency in OpenShift : Strong experience in application development using OpenShift, with a deep understanding of its architecture and capabilities.
• OpenShift Pipelines : Proven experience in setting up and managing CI / CD pipelines using OpenShift Pipelines.
• OpenShift GitOps : Familiarity with GitOps practices and tools for managing application deployments and infrastructure as code.
• Helm Knowledge : Solid understanding of Helm for managing Kubernetes applications, including creating and deploying Helm charts.
• Be able to travel once a month to a specific European city Bonus Skills :
• Cert Manager : Knowledge of Cert Manager for managing SSL / TLS certificates in Kubernetes environments.
• ServiceMesh : Familiarity with ServiceMesh technologies to enhance microservices communication and management.
• GitLab : Experience with GitLab for version control and CI / CD processes. Desirable Experience :
• IBM MQ : Familiarity with IBM MQ for messaging and integration solutions.
• Payments Experience : Previous experience in payment processing systems or financial applications is a plus.
