5-HamAA/SD EA / Administrative Assistant Hamburg, Germany Permanent Up to €59K Fully office-based 40 hours per week

About the Client: A global real estate business with a collaborative and non-hierarchical culture. This is a newly established office in Hamburg, with around 6 employees currently but with plans to grow!

About the Role: This is a busy and involved EA / Administrative Assistant position which will involve supporting a small team with a range of duties, with responsibilities including (but not limited to): Complex diary management International and domestic travel arrangements Inbox management Processing expenses Working closely with one other EA to provide support to wider team during busy periods / holiday etc Ad-hoc administrative support

Candidate Specification Strong background in business support, including Team Assistant / PA / EA duties Prior experience within the real estate industry would be an advantage, but is not an essential requirement for this role. Strong muck-in and team-oriented attitude Excellent organizational skills and good prioritisation skills Fluency in German and English is essential for this position.

Additional Information: Salary up to €59K depending on experience, and the business offers excellent additional benefits This is a permanent opportunity and the business is looking to hire ASAP Hours are 9am – 6pm (40 hours per week), with some flexibility Offices are located centrally in Hamburg Please can interested candidates submit English-language versions of CVs.
