Your prospective job

For our customer Airbus Operations you are acting as an Executive Assistant – Strategy & Transformation (m / f / d) at the location Hamburg-Fuhlsbüttel.

Your responsibilities

• Coordinating the fulfilment of objectives and specific initiatives and supporting events (e.g. workshops) across the Corporate Strategy, Performance and Governance team
• Conducting in-depth internal and external research and analysis on precise business topics to support decision-making by the Head Office (HO) Corporate Strategy, Performance and Governance team as well as the leadership team
• Act as liaison between senior leadership and the Change Management Office (CMO)
• Track transformation targets, deliverables, and follow-ups
• Support internal communication and coordination of change-related meetings and updates

Your profile

• Completed studies in Business Administration, Supply Chain / Logistics, Economics or a comparable qualification
• Several years of work experience in Assistance and Change Management
• Work experience in Project Management
• Experience with Google Workspace
• Fluent English and German skills, both spoken and written
• French skills are an advantage
• English CV is required
