Your Tasks

• Managing and organizing all kitchen operations
• Developing new, creative menus using seasonal and regional products
• Leading, motivating, and training the kitchen team
• Ensuring the highest quality and hygiene standards (HACCP)
• Collaborating with suppliers and producers to select the best ingredients
• Cost control and budget management for the BRLO kitchens
• Working closely with management and the service team to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Conceptualizing, developing processes, and implementing the kitchen in new BRLO locations
• Developing and implementing a training program for apprentices in BRLO

Your Profile

• Several years of experience as a Head Chef or Sous-Chef in upscale gastronomy
• Passion for innovative cuisine and a deep understanding of modern cooking techniques
• Experience with regional and sustainable ingredients
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Cost awareness and economic thinking
• Team spirit and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Flexibility and willingness to work on weekends and holidays
• Good German and English skills
