Channel Growth Leader

Accelerate our mass retail channel strategy within Germany. Deliver successful execution of our go-to-market strategy, meet and exceed KPIs, and shape our medium- to long-term future plans with customers.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Ownership of the grocery and discount channels in Germany, including strategic planning, budgeting, and performance measurement.
• Development and execution of differentiated strategies for each retailer, aligned with broader commercial goals.
• Leadership of a team of national account managers and key account executives, focusing on talent development and business growth.
• Pricing and profit management: ownership of sales forecasts, gross margins, trade spends, promotional budgets, and revenue targets per customer.
• Negotiation excellence: leadership of annual negotiations with local and regional customers, including buying groups.
• Strategic retailer relationships: building strong, trust-based partnerships with top retailer partners.
