YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• As Executive Manager (m/f/d) in the International Ambient Production department, you will be responsible for the professional and disciplinary management and further development of the Operational Excellence team.
• Your responsibilities include the development of the strategy as well as the communication and implementation in the plants on the topics of MES, LEAN and maintenance management.
• You implement the necessary activities to advance digitalization in the operating departments of the plants.
• You manage the interaction between IT and the plant processes in continuous collaboration with Global IT.
• You lead and coordinate the analyses to identify potentials for new solutions in the plants.
• You are also responsible for the strategic and operational management and harmonization of the technologies and processes used.
• In addition, you are responsible for the achievement of the agreed quality, schedule and budget goals.


WHAT YOU BRING

• You have successfully completed your studies in economics (engineering or IT-related qualification is an advantage), business informatics or industrial engineering.
• You have several years of relevant experience in the area of process optimization and digitization in production. You also have long-term experience in the planning and management of projects.
• You use your strong leadership skills to motivate your team and encourage effective work.
• In addition, you bring experience in working with top management and can convince with your entrepreneurial thinking and actions.
• You have experience in leading as well as working in international and interdisciplinary teams and have the ability to mediate and find consensus between different stakeholders with different goals.
• Your very good conceptual skills, your understanding of processes as well as your IT affinity distinguish you.
• You are self-initiated, committed and assertive. Furthermore, you have excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Your willingness to travel internationally and your very good German and English skills round off your profile.
