Executive Partner to CFO (fmx)

Role Overview

• Serve as the fix it all and primary point of contact for the CFO among other things facilitating smooth communication and strong relationships across teams and stakeholders
• Prepare clear compelling presentations and reports that bring insight and structure to key discussions
• Project management responsibilities contributing to strategic initiatives across the Group and Finance e.g. supporting with Annual General Meeting Quarterly Earning Calls and Quarterly Board Meetings
• Own the CFOs calendar inbox and daily flow - anticipate needs solve problems and keep priorities on track
• Plan and coordinate meetings travel and events with care and attention to detail

Qualifications

• A higher level degree incl. an outstanding academic record in Business Finance Economics or a related field
• Proven experience in similar or business development roles in a fast-paced environment considered an advantage
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and anticipate needs
• A proactive solution-oriented mindset and genuine interest in learning about Auto1 Group and the Finance organisation
• Strong communication and writing skills (in both English and German) with a high level of professionalism and discretion
