What do you contribute?

You develop and implement comprehensive content strategies to enhance CEO and CFO visibility across social media platforms, focusing on compelling copywriting and algorithm-driven optimization.
Additionally, you craft speeches, articles, and thought leadership materials for top executives, translating complex topics into clear and impactful narratives tailored to diverse internal and external audiences.
Furthermore, you design innovative storytelling formats for digital channels, ensuring that messaging remains engaging and relevant in a rapidly evolving communications landscape.
To achieve seamless execution, you coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders at senior levels, aligning your efforts with the Strategy Team, Media Relations, Employee Engagement, Public Affairs, and Business Units for maximum impact on technology-related topics.
In addition, you leverage your understanding of financial frameworks to support quarterly updates and manage executive newsletters effectively.

What do you bring along?

You have a university degree in social sciences, communications, or equivalent.
You have several years of experience in speechwriting, content management, social media, and/or corporate communications.
You possess a strong understanding of social media algorithms, platforms, and industry trends.
You are skilled at transforming complex topics into clear, impactful messages for diverse executive audiences.
You demonstrate a creative mindset, strong organizational skills, and confidently manage complex stakeholder structures independently.
You have hands‑on experience using AI tools and prompting techniques to enhance your work and drive efficiency.
You have native‑level English skills; German language skills are an advantage.
