As part of the global Cybersecurity Assurance function, you will provide objective, factual and independent assurance to the Siemens Managing Board and Audit Committee. You will conduct cybersecurity assessments across the Siemens landscape, perform ethical hacking, apply red team methodologies, and work with experts to improve solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cybersecurity assessments across products, services, IT-systems, factories, and software development centers.
• Perform ethical hacking activities and design attack scenarios for state‑of‑the‑art technologies.
• Mimic real‑world threat behaviors using red team tools and techniques on cloud applications, on‑premise infrastructure, digital products, and services.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity experts from multiple industries to improve solutions and tackle root causes.
• Conduct research on latest developments in cybersecurity technologies and threats.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field; certifications such as GIAC GPEN, OSCP, OSWE, CRTP, eJPT, CREST are a plus.
• Good scripting and programming skills; experience with Bash, Python, PowerShell, C++/C#.
• Professional experience in penetration testing with a proven record of continuous career development.
• Strong interest in staying current with cybersecurity trends.
• Experience in application and software security, EDR and antivirus evasion, C2 setup, automation and scaling of security testing, Active Directory attacks or similar.
• Demonstrated experience in CTFs, bug hunting or vulnerability research is a plus.
• International mindset, willingness to travel and work in a diverse team.
• Great attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
