Experienced Web/App Developer (Blockchain Knowledge a Plus)

We seek an experienced Web/App Developer with a proven track record of building high-performance, scalable applications . You should be passionate about technology , excel at problem-solving , and have the ability to drive projects from ideation to completion . At Acria, we value experience and skillset over formal education—what matters most is what you can bring to the table . If you have expertise in blockchain technology , that’s a definite bonus , but not a requirement.

Tasks

• Design and develop web and mobile applications, primarily focusing on blockchain integration and performance optimization.
• Work closely with our talented developer team to architect innovative solutions, solve complex challenges, and contribute to our ongoing projects.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in web development , mobile app technologies, and blockchain to ensure that Acria remains at the forefront of the industry.
• Provide continuous improvements to existing applications by implementing new features, optimizing performance, and maintaining best practices in coding.
• Participate in the code review process and contribute to the growth of junior developers within the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.
• Write clear and concise documentation to ensure smooth transitions in development cycles and easy maintainability of applications.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Web Developer or Mobile App Developer, with a strong portfolio of relevant projects.
• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript , HTML5 , CSS3 , and React.js , Vue.js , or similar frontend technologies.
• Proficiency in backend development using technologies such as Node.js , Express , GraphQL , or similar.
• Experience with blockchain technologies (Ethereum, Hyperledger, Solidity, smart contracts, etc.) is highly desirable .
• Strong knowledge of web security , performance optimization, and code best practices.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and CI/CD pipelines .
• Familiarity with mobile development frameworks (e.g., React Native , Flutter , or native app development).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and communication skills .
• A proactive attitude, eager to learn and grow with the company.
