Ciklum is looking for an Expert Business Analyst to join our team in Germany.

Project Description

The project involves consulting and supporting enterprise systems dedicated to 2D/3D artworks and digital material libraries. It focuses on bridging the gap between the business needs of the digital product creation lifecycle and the technical execution of enterprise software integrations. This is an urgent, temporary assignment (running until the end of 2026) ideally based in Herzogenaurach, though exceptional candidates working remotely within the EU may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Requirements Translation: Act as the primary liaison to translate complex business needs into technically viable software solutions
• Issue Resolution: Provide hands-on troubleshooting for business-level issues within the product creation domain
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely and continuously with a diverse array of stakeholders, including Product Owners, Engineers, Solution Architects, and Operations teams
• Lifecycle Support: Support the software lifecycle and system integrations specifically for 2D/3D design tools and artwork libraries

Requirements

• Domain Expertise: Mandatory knowledge of the Product Creation Domain
• Enterprise Systems: Strong foundational understanding of enterprise systems, integrations, and the overall software development lifecycle
• Tool Familiarity: Basic understanding of digital products and their lifecycle, including familiarity with industry-standard design software (e.g., Blender, Clo, CoCu)
• Analytical Skills: Proven ability to act in a Business Analyst capacity, breaking down business problems into technical requirements
• Availability: Must be available to start immediately (ASAP) for a duration lasting until the end of 2026
