• As an expert in change management, you will lead campaigns by developing strategies that align with project timelines and ensure clear, consistent messaging
• Your task is to engage stakeholders by collaborating with leaders and teams to understand needs, address concerns, and build strong support for change
• In this role, you will craft compelling communication that makes transformation relatable and transparent throughout the journey
• You will empower employees by designing and delivering training programs that build confidence and skills for new processes and tools
• Part of your mission is to assess readiness and impact by identifying challenges, monitoring progress, and adjusting strategies to drive adoption
• You will foster a positive culture by promoting openness, collaboration, and continuous improvement linked to long-term business value

Das bringst du mit

• Proven track record in leading change management within large business transformation programs
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to inspire and influence diverse audiences
• Experience in stakeholder management at all organizational levels, including executive leadership
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver change campaigns, training, and engagement initiatives
• You own an academic degree
