Your Tasks

Supporting the continuous development of the "Compliance Management System" of MediaMarktSaturn Germany
Technical responsibility and point of contact for all compliance‑related issues
Support in the ongoing development, optimization, and implementation of compliance programs, processes, and policies
Collaboration with various departments to integrate compliance requirements
Training and advising employees on compliance topics
Evaluation of Compliance Risks and establishing preventive measures together with operative business units
Support in monitoring and ensuring compliance with all statutory regulations and guidelines
Processing compliance notifications and supporting the whistleblower system
Independent execution of compliance investigations, including in an international environment
Preparation of presentations and reports on the compliance status and risks for management and other relevant bodies

Your Profile

Several years of professional experience in the field of compliance, including in the areas of anti‑corruption, anti‑fraud management and anti‑money laundering
Special training in internal investigations is desirable but not strictly required
In‑depth knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
Strong process understanding, analytical skills, and a high degree of independence
Experience in project management
Pragmatic and practical working approach
Distinct stakeholder management mindset, strong communication skills combined with loyalty and teamwork
High level of integrity and sense of responsibility
