EXPERT COST VALUE ENGINEERING

Position details:

• Permanent contract, available at any time
• Weekly on-site work with our customers, typically in Munich, Cologne, or Hamburg offices on Fridays

Your responsibilities include:

• Participating in project teams for national and international clients to develop effective product cost optimization initiatives
• Applying your technical knowledge in cost value engineering across various industries and products
• Making price outliers transparent and deriving target costs for new developments
• Contributing to the development of our methods and databases in Cost Value Engineering and supporting knowledge transfer within H&Z

Our ideal candidate:

• Holds a master's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering from a reputable university
• Has at least 4 years of experience in product development or manufacturing, especially in product cost optimization and value analysis
• Is fluent in German and English, with additional languages as a plus
• Possesses analytical and structured thinking skills, enjoys teamwork
