What You Can Expect

• You build LLM‑based agents and tool‑using workflows for data analysis, forecasting, and decision making.
• You architect, implement, and optimise robust data and ML pipelines and RAG applications following MLOps best practices.
• You collaborate closely with Data Science and Business Intelligence teams to deliver self‑service BI, predictive analytics, and machine learning solutions, and support data engineers in building ingestion pipelines and maintaining the platform.
• You continuously improve the stability, performance, and automation of the data platform.
• You actively contribute to the evolution of the AI, ML, and MLOps system and software architecture.

Requirements

• Proven experience in developing, deploying, and operating scalable ML pipelines and AI solutions in production environments.
• Strong understanding of machine learning, agentic AI/MCP, RAG and tool‑using systems, and modern MLOps practices.
• Advanced Python programming skills and hands‑on experience in ML, AI, or data engineering contexts.
• Experience with cloud and data platforms, ideally AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock) and Snowflake (preferably Snowflake ML).
• Familiarity with software engineering principles such as version control, CI/CD, and automated testing, with a growth mindset and a willingness to learn, adapt, and share knowledge.
• Fluent in English (German is a plus) and available to work in the office two days per week.
