ABOUT THE JOB

As part of the Group Human Resources team you actively shape the trustful collaboration with our international employee representation bodies and act as a key contact for relevant doing so you coordinate closely with your collegues to ensure a consistent and aligned approach across all co-determination committees while keeping corporate objectives in focus.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide expert legal advice to business units on co-determination matters on group level with a strong focus on the implementation of IT tools
• Ensure compliance with participation rights and support smooth alignment with international employee representation bodies
• Independently support the execution of global projects ensuring that all relevant co-determination requirements are met and that collaboration with works councils or unions is handled effectively
• Guide managers and stakeholders on collective labour law topics in cross-brand collaboration matters
• Act as a trusted partner for regulatory and co-determination topics helping to navigate complex legal frameworks and ensure that employee participation rights are respected throughout all project phases

YOUR SKILLS

• Completed university degree in Law or Business Law with a focus on (collective) labour law
• Relevant experience in (international) collaboration with employee representation bodies
• Target group specific communication skills and ability to properly interact ad hoc with stakeholders
• Intercultural competence to collaborate with all the TRATON GROUP brands in Sweden / Germany / Brazil / US
• German on a native level and very good English skills both spoken and written
